It has been awhile ago since our last update, and for that I ( Filip FLiPPAD Ljungberg!!!) apologize.
We have been training so much. Not just for the competition, but we also had a show last Friday for the municipality of Helsingborg. The show went very well, even if the floor was the evil of evilness ( It felt as if the concrete would tear you apart). But, after 5 seconds, when 250 people cheers, you don’t feel a thing. Strange, isn’t it?

Soon we will be leaving for Hamburg. It will be a sick Jam.

Don’t worry… we will be documentary everything with both Video and Pictures.

Only few days to the Parcouring championship. There will be 10 nations, with up to 39 athletes who will compete. We just can´t wait =)

Shoes

Our Friends PUMA is always helping us with new shoes. We are trying to come up with a new parkour shoe with them. Thought, it is not easy. 

ADIDAS, K-SWISS and 510 has allready PK shoes. But... it is allways nice try new shoes witch you can gladly wear out. hehe =)

Jungel!

We have found an amazing training place in Helsingborg called (Pålsjö Slott). There is this 100-150 M long jungle with tree’s. So to take you from the beginning to the end of this jungel with swings, lashes, precisions takes awhile and it’s fairly exhausting.

But it so much fun =)

Something new...

Photo with fall

Yesterday I decided to do a photosession to increase air-wipps choice of parkour pictures. We found a cool place just outside Helsingborg; an old factory which was completely deserted and the whole building was pretty much a wreck.

I found a cool spot to do a handstand on. On the outside of the building a thin rail stuck out. While doing the handstand 3½ meters above ground I suddenly lost balance and slipped over the rail...

Fortunately all the parkour practise came in handy and I managed to grab the rail with one hand and prevented the fall.

As David Bell said when he slipped and fell:

In Stockholm

The capital of Sweden, here we come! Earlier today we were on our way to Stockholm. The trip is however ment to favour business, not pleasure ;)
Our day is basically going to involve a lot of meeting with several companies. We've been brainstorming about the future and we did acchieve some great results which is exciting!

so what else is up? well..three weeks to the Asics World Parcouring championship. Our stomachs are aldready starting to tickle..but we can't wait, it will be a blast!

We also meet up with our friend Filip. He is one of the best Streetfotball styler in Sweden. He will compete this sunday in the redbullstreetstyle! We wish him all the luck in the world!

So finally, Air-Wipp decided to create a blogspot!

We will of course try to do an update every day. As often as possible we'll upload pictures and videos so that you guys can see our daily agenda.

Yesterday we did a show for all university freshments (also known as Nollning in Sweden).

350 dressed up, drunk and cheerful students had gathered up to eat dinner and be entertained. Despite the alcohol the students enjoyed watching the show and had a great time! And so did we ;)
