Cold training day!

It's hard to get up the motivation to go out and train in the cold during winter... But when you do it its always worth it! Here is something we filmed the day before new years eve, nothing fancy but it was a fun day!

I hope 2009 has been a good year for everyone! It sure has been for us! So many new faces, training days, shows, jams! the movemnet and love is spreading all over the world and really cool to be apart of this community. One love, enough said.

Its up to everyone to make sure that 2010 will be just as good. We, Air Wipp, are working on certain project that will make this year awsome! more info on this later!

in other news the whole city is coverd in snow so there hasn't been to ´much activity latley, but hopefully the snow will melt soon and we can start training hard again!

Training Day!

today Filip came to down to malmö to train . It has been raining for 1 month non stop but finnaly things are starting to dry. Even though it was cold as hell, -2 , we enjoyed it so much and tried some new things. It was a very good day to say the least! Busy day!

first of all i will post this video marcus edited on his own and i think it turned out great! It has a nice feel to it.


other than that, this day has been very busy... We all met up in helsingborg to do a show for a company called Öresundskraft( provides electricity in helsingborg ) that apperently cellebrated their 150 annyversary which i think is pretty cool. That show went well as always HEHE!

After this we got in the car and headed to the mighty city of malmö! Here we did a show that was hosted by Skånes Dansteater ( Dancing community )needles to say the show went as clockwork! Its so much fun wohoo!

Gathering

Sitting here at home infront of my computer sore as hell =)We spent the weekend at höganäs training hard for 2 days with our friends from linköping and norrköping. They are such nice guys and it was thier first time training in a propper gym so they proggressed alot! But i think everyone learned something new this weekend, zyrken for example did his first set of giants on the highbar then he followed it up with a double fly away haha crazy guy! http://www.facebook.com/#/video/video.php?v=362540550704&ref=mf. Faddergalan!

I dont know how to begin really it was such a nice trip we had to stockholm. Jesper and Kellner met up with filip and marcus in helsingborg this sunday to begin the journey to our biggest show ever. We were all pretty nervous and didn't really know what to expect when we got there... it's not really easy to train for a show when you dont know how the stage is going to look, we had tried our best to reconstruct the stage at our gym but you never know for sure.

We got to the hotel around 18.00 just to drop off our bags and luggage.


Around 21.00 the rehearsal with sarah dawn finer begun. We had to make some changes in our show but in the end we nailed it and it turned out great. Sarah dawn finer was very friendly and proffesional to work with so it was a pleasure.

We woke up the next moring, the D day, and after breakfrast it was time to practise our next show with Darin. Here, aswell, we had to make some changes and after some time practising we had a show that we were very satisfied with.

now all we could do was wait =)but that just mean that we could spend some time and talk with all the artist backstage which was fun and we took some cool pictures for the blogg!

this woman for example went on her bike for 1000 miles to meet the child she was helping.

30 minutes before the show we were all getting nervous and excited, jesper went to the bathroom 8 times in the last hour,. But we felt comfortble with the show and it turned out great! was such a good feeling to be out there doing the thing we love and doing it for the right cause. After the first show all the nervousness dissapeared and we was really looking forward to the next show with Darin.

The show with darin was a blast, everything went on as planned and it was so much fun. After the 2 shows we felt really happy that noone screewed up and noone got hurt, it would be pretty embarrasing to bail a trick on live tv,. Anyway i dont really know what more to write i could go on forever but i dont have the time or the right words to describe so i'm just gonna let the pictures speak for themselfes.

Parkour mascot

I found this video of a dog doing parkour when i was on one of my youtube adventures. i think it's pretty cool how natural this movement is for the dog and i know it's not unique it's pretty much dog agility but yeah it enjoyed me for 3.48 minutes =)

today has been a slow day went out for a run in the morning and did some light upper body coditioning.. the weather is still bad so no outside activity todey either :(. Yesterday , however , was a great day! me ( kellner ) and jesper took the train to helsingborg and met up with marcus and filip to have a kick-ass gym session ( still sore from that ). Our main focus was the uppcomming show for the charity event which is looking good so far! but ofcourse we did a fair bit of training aswell =) it was a really good day to say the least.

I'm of to bed now and hoping to wake to a nice and sunny day, but i'll probably get dissapointed

Winter is here

the winter is slowly comming trhough and making it much less enjoyable to go out and train. Everything is wet and slippery :( it's times like this one really appreciate gym training, everytime is a blast ! And what to do when the gym is closed? conditioning! I love conditioning and will for thoose who are intressted post somewhat of a regime i follow and maybe i video or something, but yeah... all in good time.

So whats new for air-wipp then? we are currently preperaing for our biggest show so far which will be broadcasted on live tv woho =)

oh yeah.. kellner Marcus and jesper attended a dodge ball competition last saturday, even though we didn't win the thing we had a really good time and looking forward to do it again!
