So, the warm up was insane yesterday. Both Filip and Marcus have never seen so many good people at the same place. This competition will be insane. People are swinging double Corks like nothing. Big jumps and sick combos. Though everyone is so nervous. We will keep you all updated tonight who will get the scores throe text message to our manager. You can also check for pictures on our blog! Ninja time!

So.... the Almighty air wipp had to help out the tempest guys with a little shot. It was a pilot program and the story was 2 girls and cupel of ninjas. Thats what is was told.

So anyway, we were in a class, then we dressed up as ninjas and did our flips! It was fun :)

We did crossfit this morning... and i must say.. It is one of the best workouts i have ever done.

This is probably one of the best Parkour spots in the world. This place has everything. Though we get busted by a security guard and told us to leave now or he will call the cops. That NEVER happens in sweden :D
