Surprise, Surprise

Me and Marcus did a show today in Baltiska hallen, Malmö. It was an event for teenagers. Lazee was also performing with his famous "Rock away".

We've got a little surprise for you guys today aswell! We've earlier been asked to do some stunts in a movie that'll probably have premier next year. Now the trailers are finished and you've been given the privilege to check them out before anyone else!

Air Wipp was live!

Airwipp was streaming live yesterday and we now got the complete videos! We'll upload them for you as soon as possible

Our show last night went very good! We even remembered to bring a camera and shoot a video for you. Once we got to the place however they informed us that we had 3 minutes before it was showtime. We had to hurry up which resulted in no camera, no video. But that's nothing to be sad about since you can follow us the entire Monday, LIVE in addition, which is much more cool!

We'll be having our jam early tomorrow morning so pictures and videos will, if the blog don't mess with me as usual, be uploaded tomorrow night, so don't forget to check that out! Good night!

Looking for exercise?

If you feel like you've been a bit lazy lately and feel that some changes need to be made when it comes to exercise..then I've got the perfect sport for you!

I exercise every day; if I'm not at the gym, I'm doing parkour or climbing in trees or running or doing something else that requires movement. Usually all these things are enough to get in shape but the ultimate sport, according to me, when it comes to being and staying in good shape is indoor bandy!

I was completely exhausted after todays play but I had a really good time so it does'nt matter at all! Trust me, everybody can try..compared to me and my lousy play, anyone can feel like a champ! So if you're bored some day, try to get some friends of yours to join and I promise you'll get a really fun exercise!!

Schedule!

So here’s the schedule update I promised you!

This Friday the whole Air-Wipp family, Filip, Marcus, Kellner and Jesper, is performing in Malmö. In Sweden when Christmas starts getting close we’ve got something called “Christmas table”. This basically means a lot of people that will be eating a lot of food standing on a table. During this dinner we’ll entertain everybody with our show and of course, as always, we’ll try to get pictures and videos so that all of you guys can see it later!

Then we’ve got a little thing going on this Sunday. We prefer to call it a jam but one could also call it a workshop. Once again the whole Air-Wipp family are gathered along with some Danish guys and the day will pretty much result in a whole lot of parkour! The more traceurs the better, one can always learn something from another!

Last but definitely NOT LEAST we’ve got Monday, the big day! As I’ve told you before we’ve been asked to help out with some performances during a charity show that the TV channel SVT are hosting. During the entire day we’ll do parkour all around Malmö and on us we’re having cameras that’ll stream live the whole day. This means that you can follow us right here on the blog the entire day! So do not forget; MONDAY IS A BIG DAY!

Finally I'm done with Ljungbergs commercial movie. As you can see I'm doing some of the stunts..and filming the whole thing...and I've been editing it aswell. Basically I've been doing everything. Soon you can also see it at http://www.ljungbergs.se/

Tomorrow I'll be testing the cameras I talked about before. It's small cameras that'll streem live and you can put them on your body to make it even more real for the viewer.

workshop

teaching Saturday!

So today I gave a small lesson about parkour for a group of younger teenagers. I didn't have a good camera with me so the video I'll upload for you later is taken with a mobile phone. That means terrible quality but at least you can see for yourselfs what I've been doing today! (I'll try to put in some english subtitles or at least explain what I'm saying)

Creativity

There's always something going on. Everyday we do something. Almost everyday we have something to tell about parkour...but today we don't. Today I'm totally lost, have no idea what to tell you about..no imagination at all..that's why I'm showing you pictures from a day when we had imagination!




As you hopefully can see we did our AIRWIPP logo with RedBull cans. That was pretty creative don't you think? The edges are not so smooth though but you got to remember that we usually don't do art..just parkour ;)

Malmö!

Don't have much to say except I'm going to Malmö this Wednesday to train with some friends (the two guys in the video below).

By the way, I've got my new computer now so I can't upload any pictures or videos yet, maybe later tonight!
