Crossfit! YEAH!

what a day...what a day!

We woke up early this morning. Diddy and Ryan (Mac Lovin) went to do there work on a commercial.
So, me and David went for training.
Now, this training is called Crossfit. This is NOT like an normal gym training with weightlifting and stuff.

This is Crossfit. What you do is you using your body as an weight. And you are thinking "yeah okay it is like doing chin ups".

Let start with the warmup. We hang from bar, then you swing and touch your elbows with your knees. Jump down, and do a handstand. Easy you think right?

Now you do this in this order.

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.
So, 10 swings, jump down 10 handstands, 9 swings and 9 hands..
Now this is just the warmup!

Then after that we did this.

30 ball throws, to a wall ( the balls weight was like 5 kg)
10 pushups with a clap
5 pullups.

multiplay 6 times! I can tell you so much as this. This exercsis was one of the greatest things i ever have done. Thought my body i so soar right now.. it was worth the experience.

Anyway... after that Me and david went to check out diddy and mac lovin working on Pizza hut commercial. It was sweet. All those people... just so mac lovin can do a front flip :)

After that, David and I went to a sweeeeet massage! It feelt so gooood!

We got back home, change our cloths and went to the gym were David should hold he's freerunning class. Then after that...
I got to train Shi gong ( i think it's called that) with master chung (sorry master if i am spelling your name wrong)

It was really cool! To learn about how the bodies energy flows!

Now, we are going to UCLA and do some shooting with film. See ya later!

So finally... i have arrived @ diddys place in L.A.
It has been a long trip... and a little bit worried as well. It is about this new flue that you may have heard about. But... it has not infected me or me friends yet, and it wont do it ether!

Why...? Because we are freaking Freerunners!

Today, i will just chill at his place... and have a good time. And tomorrow i will do some training!

So Filip is now off to USA for about two weeks. The trip will include both vacation but also work of course. He is on the plane right now probably on his way to London to change plane there.

In due course we will make sure he takes a lot of photos and upload them aswell!

My job.... amazing performence today. We will get´more photos and videos from timing scandinavia asap, so you can see what we have been doing these couple of days.

The Yearly Arla Gold Cow Price award show went excellent! It was a blast and we gave the audience something they never seen before! Today is the show for speciall guests. Oricle.

Part 1 and 2

So yes... were in stockholm @ Grand Hotel. This is probably the biggest show we ever have done. And it Feels amazing! Well, besides that Filip broke he’s little finger, all is good!

The yesterdays show were for “Unga makthavare” and in the crowed there were 10 of Swedish most powerful persons in the country ( under 40 ) =)

Today, we are going to deliver the yearly Arla price!

And tomorrow… you will know what we will do then.

I know...

we have been bad on updates. To be honest i have been really sick, feever and bad cold. Im actually so stupid, i went to work and did a show.
No one could replace me so i really had to go. Anyway... it went good.

Today we will practis for our 3 big shows in stockholm!
I will tell you all what we will do, and how it went... soon enought :)

London baby..

I've been in London since tuesday now, figured it was time to upload some pics. I've been visited my girlfriend and basically playing tourist for a couple of days ;)

Today I even had time for a few seconds of parkour ;) Going out tonight..we'll just see if they let me in..I first thought I would take my Kalendjis but my girl think it's best if I leave them at home ;)

Tomorrow Im leaving for London and will be staying for a week. It's gonna be fun to catch up with some guys over there, I'll let you know more about this later!

Amazing session

I was suppose to update 2 days ago, but i was so tired after our pk session, i fell asleep directly when i got in to my apartment.

Anyway... we had a blast day in Saturday! The sun was hot, and we actually could train without any t-shirt! Work on you tan on the same time as you do you do pk! Not a bad idea!
Though our tan is not really anything to brag on... hahah! mr white T!

Here are some pis on that day! After the wonderfull session, me and my friend Niklas went down to the harbour and bought us some beer. But the beer wasnt coold enought...so niklas and i went for a mission... ;)

SVT

Well...always when they say something in the media, the say it in the wrong way.
"World best in Parkour"... well definitivt not. We have been in some competitions, but not in parkour. In Freerunning we have. And have placed our selfs pretty good!

Look! She bought the air wipp t-shirt as well! This might seems little to big! But she like the XXXXXXXXXXXXL version!

Mr Gotland

What a day!

It has been a looong day! And it has been fun! We have educated 14 gymnastic teachers in Gotland, after that we had a show for 750 School students, and after that... swedish television SVT "öst".

Just got back to my sisters place in Stockholm and i am gonna rest here for couple of days, then back to our HQ...Heeeelsingborg!
